At the Seattle Storm Team Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached; please note that custom jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
